Enable PAPI, use eight %grybciorynek_*% placeholders — 20-tick cache, no keys in config.yml.

PlaceholderAPI has no toggle in the market config.yml. It is enough that the PAPI plugin is on the server at startup.

stats.enabled does not control placeholders (flag unused).
