First Test

After installing the ready JAR, verify the full path: open the GUI, list an item, buy with confirmation, optionally run the admin selftest.

Prerequisites

• Paper 26.2, plugin enabled.
• Vault + economy, test balance on a UUID account.
• Permissions: market.use and market.sell (default true). For selftest: market.admin.

1. Open the browser

/market

Aliases: /ah, /rynek. Same GUI: /market browse, /aukcje.

The market inventory should open (size from gui.yml → browse.size, default 54). The bottom bar (slots 45–53) includes search, sort, categories, mailbox, stats, alerts, favorites, my listings, history.

2. List an item

Take an item in the main hand (not air — sell.air-item).

or /market sell 25. Success: message messages.sell.success with {item} and {price} ($25). The listing appears in /market and /market my.

Price outside min-price…max-price → sell.invalid-price. Listing limit → sell.limit-reached. 5 s cooldown (anti-abuse.listing-cooldown-seconds) → anti-abuse.cooldown.

3. Buy via GUI (Detail → Confirm)

With a second account (you cannot buy your own listing — buy.own-listing):

1. Click the listing in the browser → Detail (MarketDetailGUI).
2. Click buy → Confirm (MarketConfirmGUI).
3. Confirm slot defaults to 11, cancel 15, item 13 (gui.yml → confirm.slots).

After confirmation: buy.success, the seller receives net (minus sale-fee-percent, default 5%). With a full inventory the item may go to the mailbox (mailbox).

4. Admin selftest

/market admin selftest

Without nicknames the plugin tries to spawn FakePlayer SellerBot and BuyerBot. If spawn fails:

/market admin selftest <seller> <buyer>

Both must be online and different. Selftest runs MarketSelfTest.run and despawns the bots at the end if it created them.
